Yes, such a cable is supplied. This allows the reader to be connected to a laptop or one of the usual mobile phone chargers for charging. The easiest way to download books is via the built-in wifi function, a cable is not necessary.

Hello ! I bought the "colour" model, but I imagine the "package" is the same for the black and white version, and YES, a USB A to USB C cable is in the box. However, if you want to download books from your smartphone and transfer them to the Kobo, you'll need a cable with a USB C plug at both ends.
