Hi, printer is connected, loaded, logged in, image selection made but it does not print. APP de/installed several times, Galaxy restarted - does not print. From other Galaxy S23/S25 it works. Who has a solution

Hello - is/was the printer connected to a second mobile phone? If so, deactivate the Bluetooth connection with the printer on the second mobile phone.

Sometimes you have to click on the small printer symbol in the top right-hand corner so that the dot next to it turns green
