Hi, when the hoover has to go back to the charging station, it can no longer make contact. I have noticed that the base station sometimes switches off and it can no longer find its way back. Why is this happening all of a sudden? I've had the robot for a few months and this has never happened before. Now it does it more and more often. I can't find anything in the Dreame manual. Can anyone help me? Do you have the same problem?

Hello Matsofla,
this has not yet happened with our Dreame X50. Is the location of the base station displayed correctly in the app? If not, and if it were to happen to us, I would first perform a reset: reinstall the Dreame app.
Then I would have our home mapped again with the app and the Dreame X50. Hopefully someone else from the Community knows more.
