I never had the first version.
My opinion: If I'd had the first version, I wouldn't have bought the "X".
Unless you're talking about double the battery capacity and a power bank wouldn't be an option

i have the first version and i won't get the new one, there were too few changes for that. not worth it... i'd rather wait until a new one with a new cpu etc. comes out
