In my case, the monitor was delivered by Planzer. This seems to have been the standard at Digitec for larger/heavier items for some time.
Without further contact with Planzer, however, this usually means "only" delivery to the kerbside.

Digitec only gives the option of delivery to the point of use in their wiki for items over 30kg (which would not apply here). I think if you contact Planzer directly after the shipment notification, this can certainly be arranged for the monitor as well.

I'm also disabled.  Panzer fitted me with a TV that wouldn't fit in the lift, with the help of a neighbour 7 floors up.
It cost me 2 coffees:-)
