We have the converter between a Wii and a Samsung Q60. Only the 720p mode works for us. With the PC setting (on the Samsung TV), Mario runs smoothly and synchronously through the world again. With other settings there was often a delay. The quality is terrible, but what can you expect from a Scart on a 4k TV... Nevertheless, this adapter saved our Wii.
