Question about Fitbit Charge 5
How exactly does the smart alarm clock work/measure? I would prefer to put the watch itself in a sweatband, without direct contact with the skin. Does it measure based on my movements or does it measure with "light" on the back of the watch? Thank you
The watch must be next to the skin because it measures the pulse and movements and thus recognises whether you are in light/rem or deep sleep and wakes you up accordingly as soon as you are in light sleep.
