Hi,
The Out of Sync thing mainly came form software configuration.
On some of them you have sliders to correct delays, but BEFORE THAT you have to find the option that let the Hardware Manage/Control it.
You have some options in OBS and StreamLabs OBS.
But also with your Audio Card.
Don't want to spam with links here, but you'll have plenty of Youtube vidéos explaining it.
