how good is the wipe function compared to the S6? An improvement or still the same "good/bad"? Is it worth switching just because of the better wipe function?

Depends on the scenario/your flat ☺️. I have a dog and parquet/tiled floors. You can always see the sweat paw prints. With the S7, these are now definitely no longer visible as it cleans them away with flying colours thanks to the vibrations. Whether it's worth it for you to buy it, you have to know for yourself ☺️
