More reliable connection via aux cable than via Bluetooth. Hands-free is not very practical with this device. When the engine is switched off, it takes a while until the connection is re-established. It also takes a while to press play again on the mobile phone directly or via remote control. The connection should not be interrupted if the audio is interrupted for a longer period of time, but it can happen that the device itself interrupts the audio playback.
