How long does it take you to switch with the KVM switch from PC to Mac and vice versa? For me it takes 5 seconds and 3 seconds. That is far too long.

3 seconds in both directions (Thunderbolt 3 to HDMI 1 and back). I don't switch often during the day and therefore find it bearable.
Here's what bothers me more: I have my keyboard and mouse attached to the monitor. When the computer is asleep and my monitor is asleep, I can't wake up the computer with the keyboard or mouse.
