Unfortunately I can't answer this question. I only know from my experience that this stick is incredibly fast and I have not had any negative experiences with it so far.

I have never measured this. Stick gets hot and slower.

On the 1000 model, you can write 1000000001980 TO, on the 2000, you can write 2000000001980 TO, the best connection is USB C, USB A IS more Lante, in USB C I would say 35 second.

According to https://www.back2gaming.com/review/transcend-esd310c-ssd-review/ (October 2023), the speed drops from 620 MB/s to 500 MB/s after approx. 200GB.
After over 300GB it dropped to 60MB/s.
After approx. 12 hours of endurance testing, it failed completely at 50° C.
