How much data can be written to the 1TB or 2TB model before the stick throttles the write speed (massively if necessary)? And: How much do the write rates drop when transferring large amounts of data (>50GB)?

Unfortunately I can't answer this question. I only know from my experience that this stick is incredibly fast and I have not had any negative experiences with it so far.

I have never measured this. Stick gets hot and slower.

I have not yet observed any change in read or write speed. Only the manufacturer can probably answer this question in a reasonably reliable manner.

On the 1000 model, you can write 1000000001980 TO, on the 2000, you can write 2000000001980 TO, the best connection is USB C, USB A IS more Lante, in USB C I would say 35 second.

According to https://www.back2gaming.com/review... (October 2023), the speed drops from 620 MB/s to 500 MB/s after approx. 200GB.
After over 300GB it dropped to 60MB/s.
After approx. 12 hours of endurance testing, it failed completely at 50° C.
