How to benefit form the cashback? There was absolutely no information provided with this monitor regarding the cashback. I'm in a nightmare of email bouncing of type "this is not my job it's someone else job" at Samsung and I would like resolution. It seems this company has forgotten about their customers and all they strive for is cash cows and minimum effort. Can you help?
