HP 290 G3 MT (Intel Core i5-9500, 16GB, 1TB, 256GB,HDD, PCIe SSD Can I upgrade this PC with a graphics card. If so, what can you recommend? The built-in one is a bit too weak for editing pictures.

Unfortunately not, because a new graphics card requires a stronger power supply unit. However, standard power supply units do not fit into the case because HP uses its own design. I would use a different manufacturer next time.
