I accidentally ordered the "for Mac" version and now realise that there is no USB receiver included. Hello

Based on your question, I assume that you have a Windows computer. If your computer supports Bluetooth, no further hardware (i.e. no receiver) is necessary. If you don't have Bluetooth, you need to check the compatibility of the receiver. Or you can buy a Bluetooth module (e.g. via USB).
