I am a little confused because it says at the same time that the headset is wired and also wireless connections: W-Lan. It also says that it has a battery life. If the headset is wired, it would be constantly charged, so I'm not interested in the battery life. Finally, my question: Can I use the headset without a cable for PS5? Thanks a lot for your help!

Yes, you only need the cable to charge the battery. Otherwise, the headset works without a cable.
