I am having problems establishing the WiFi connection. Although the printer was connected using the WPA button on the router and the test page Connections Status shows "Active" and the correct WLAN name is printed, I cannot access the printer using the Mobile App. With my SmartPhone I am connected to the same WLAN as the printer... Can anyone help/experience? Thank you very much.

I had the same problems from my desktop PC (it has an integrated WLAN module). The same problem from other devices (tablet, for example). After some trial and error, I gave up the WLAN and now connect my desktop with a 7.5m cable ...
The printer prints for me in a super quality, I bought it mainly because of A3+ (photography). That's why I kept it. Since the model has been on sale for quite a long time, it may not have the most modern drivers and hardware, I don't know ... But if you are dependent on WLAN, I would return it. Even a computer scientist was not able to set up the WLAN connection satisfactorily for me in the long term (which worked without any problems with my newer office printer and scanner from HP (A4) from the whole house with all devices).
