I am looking for a docking station to operate 2 monitors via USB A on my HP notebook. Is this feasible with this one?

Are you satisfied with the quality of the dock? However, my USB-C does not support video transmission. Does the dock have a graphics card so that it still works?

Yes is possible, I have exactly the same constellation, HP notebook and a USB A and C interface. I have it running via the USB C, works fine, just needs extra software on the notebook. A USB C adapter from USB A is attached to the connection cable. I therefore very much assume that the IcyBox also works via USB A.
