Question about Dell UltraSharp U2718Q

I am looking for a monitor that I can connect to my Macbook Pro (2017 version) with 1 single cable that will also charge it at the same time. What should I look for here? USB-C or Thunderbolt port? Does this one have that connector?

I don't have a Mac, but a Lenovo. I don't know what the ports are called exactly. On the laptop it looks like a USB-C input, on the monitor it's a wider, rounded one (not a normal USB). The cable does not charge for me, I have both the monitor and the laptop connected to the power supply.
