I am also not aware that you can choose... They are all the same price.

I ordered an SM7B from Digitec in February 21, mine is made in Mexico. You can see the country of manufacture on the packaging and on the mic, so you can contact Digitec support and ask them to check their stock. Alternatively, you can order a mic and return it if you're not satisfied, but I can't imagine that Shure has different quality standards for the SM7B.
