I am looking for wireless headphones for TV - but the sound should be audible normally when watching TV. This means that I have the headphones and can optimally cover my hearing loss without disturbing my partner in terms of volume or anything else.

The headphones do not provide this function, or the TV itself would have to have it. I don't know if you can set the audio signal to go to the speakers as well as to the headphones via Bluetooth. Probably not. Otherwise, perhaps try "tinkering" with an audio splitter.
