I am ordering the PIXMA MX925. Can I use the cartridges from the MX710 series printer in the new machine?

I have the PIXMA MX925 and am satisfied. I cannot say from my own experience whether the cartridges also fit the MX710. Take a look at digitec's homepage: Click on "Accessories" for the MX925, then you will also see the printer cartridges. Click on one of them. Now the printers with which the cartridge is compatible appear further down. The MX710 is not among them. So I assume that the cartridges do not fit.
