I am trying to pair the Vista headphones with my Samsung S8. Although I can operate with both (both are connected and visible) I only hear something on the R earpiece. Restart/reset/hard reset all do no good. Pairing is complete. Dual audio (Bluetooth setting on mobile phone) also does nothing.

Try deleting the app and updating the headphones again. If this does not work, it is probably a warranty case...!
