If you are already used to two screens switching to this monitor won't be difficult. One important issues is to install a proper desktop manager, i.e. DisplayFusion. I split this screen in 3 screens when I do 3D work and in 4 screens when I do programming. Windows snap to each screen by default and each screen has its own toolbar, with only one of them having the start menu and other default Win10 components. If I want a window to ignore the subdivisions I can easily do it holding the shift key and resizing manually or maximizing to full screen.

That works without a problem. I solved it for myself in such a way that I connected two monitor cables from my PC as in an installation with two individual screens and thus control two sources on the monitor. I put one on the right and the other on the left side of the monitor and voila, I have my double screen in one....

Hello, you can either split the screen as already suggested by using addons or you can use the WINDOWS key with the arrow keys. With WINDOWS-Right, for example, you move the window to the right half and are then asked which window you want to display on the left. It couldn't be simpler.

I think it's a great advantage to be able to see wide content in its entirety when you use the full width. This is very pleasant, especially with pictures or videos. 

The monitor is fine if you only have one computer, but then I would take another one because then you don't need the built-in hub with KSW. It worked very poorly and not automatically, so I returned it and bought a Dell of the same size. The DELL hub does not have a LAN but everything else works excellently and completely automatically.
