Question about HP G2

I am using an HP EliteBook 1030 G1 which was supplied to me by the company I work for and which I would like to be able to connect to my personal screen when I am teleworking. My display is an LG UltraFine 5K Monitor that I bought from Apple because I have a Mac at home. This monitor can only be connected via Thunderbolt 3. My question is whether the HP G2 dock would allow me to connect my HP EliteBook 1030 G1 to my LG 5K UltraFine Monitor? I know that the 5K resolution of the screen will not pass and I accept that as I just want to do administrative work from home.

Hello
In theory you shouldn't have any problems because as the description says it's v3 (Enjoy the flexibility and convenience of a universal dock for all your Thunderbolt 3 and USB-C devices)

But I haven't done the test so I can't certify that everything will be optimal with the LG.
