Question about Delock HDMI zu

I bought it to connect my ps4 to a PC monitor with displayport. But nothing appears on the screen. I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use the USB to connect to the ps4? I'm not sure if it's a good idea to use it on my computer.

Yes, that's right, the USB port goes on the PS4 as well as the HDMI port. Normally this should not be a problem. Do you have the possibility to test with another console/PC to see if there is a compatibility issue? Or test with another USB port? If the port in question is faulty?

If not, it is possible to open a warranty case for this product.
