Yes, the game must be bought again. However, it would be possible (to a limited extent) to convert savegame states from the PC and continue to use them.

So I don't understand, you have Minecraft on a PC (and can play it?) and you want to buy a Switch just to play Minecraft? I wouldn't recommend that.
