I bought my Mp3 new here and also received it, at the beginning everything still worked perfectly... after a software update, with the software update (which is offered by SanDisk... ) my display now has disturbances and flickers... Bluetooth doesn't work either. What should I do now? An exchange is probably the only thing that would be right here, because this is probably a manufacturer problem, isn't it?

I had the same problem. I then reinstalled the original software from the manufacturer and everything works again.

Based on the answers, it seems that this can occur after the update. I would try to find and install an older firmware.
