I bought the Active Pen 2 now and I have a Lenovo ThinkPad X1 Carbon Gen 8. I entered the serial number on the Lenovo site before I bought it and it showed me this accessory. Now I have it and I can connect it but then it ends. When I download this app and try to install the driver, the thing says no tablet found (which my touchscreen laptop is not). After 2 hours of searching, I'm already tired and want to ask: Does anyone know if this is simply not compatible? And if so, which pen do I have to buy to finally get it to work? Thanks :)

The best thing to do is to call Lenovo Switzerland and explain your problem. Have the serial no. etc. ready.

Don't write an email! unless you can wait 4 months ;)
