I bought the Dreame L20 Ultra. Unfortunately, the robot hoover does not work as promised. Every time I want to use the robot hoover, it is in offline mode. This means that the robot cannot be started using the Dreame app. This function is essential for me. Apparently, this function cannot be repaired. Can I return the robot hoover or replace it with another model?
