I bought the Ergotron LX thinking it was compatible with my Samsung G8 monitor. After checking on the official Ergotron website, this arm is supposed to be compatible with my screen. But during the assembly I can't install it, a part would be missing. What should I do?

Just put on the adapter that comes with the NEO G8 screen (black metal part). Enjoy!
