I bought the headset without the mixer for the PS4 Pro and the sound is great but my mic doesn't work despite all the settings I made according to the intermet instructions? I can hear my team mates but they can't hear me... I also put the mic on the other side and left the cover off...can someone help me?

I have the same problem, I've tried everything but it doesn't work...I can hear my teammates but they can't hear me. Have you found a solution?

So either the microphone is broken or you haven't set the Astro as an input device. Try searching for the audio settings in the settings. The headset must be set as both an input and an output device. I know this answer is relatively simple... but I can't imagine any other problem. Otherwise, the microphone is really broken.
