I bought the HP Thunderbolt 120 W G4 Dock ( Thunderbolt at the end of November 2023. For home office. Privately I have an Acer laptop, so the Doc. does not work, is there also a dock from the Acer so that I have the same number of connections and the same?

When I go to orders I don`t see any open orders, I ordered the docking station ? I was even asked if my order is urgent and that I will get an email when the order is ready. Why can't I find it?
