I bought these LED strips together with the controller and the power supply unit. After the components were connected and plugged into the mains, the LED strip blinked twice briefly and then went out. The remote control supplied was useless as nothing could be changed with it. This has now happened for the 3rd time, i.e. I have bought each component 3 times and the same problem has always occurred. According to Galaxus support, these products are compatible, but maybe someone knows better. What products could be used instead?
