I bought this stand together with the screen on the recommendation of the system, but the screw is missing, which is written on the instructions that you need it, but is not supplied with either the screen or the stand, so I can't use the stand. Is this a mistake or do I have to buy this screw separately? If so, where?

This is not an isolated case or a missing part in your case, ASUS often does not supply the screw, although it is mentioned in the instructions. A suitable replacement from the DIY store (M6 × 16 mm, with washer) can solve the problem.
