In the manual, I did not find any information on how to solve the problem. For me as a layman, it looks like a technical problem. I can only see 2 possible solutions:
- The error occurred during the warranty period. Then I would check with Digitec how to proceed in such a case.
- If the warranty period has expired, I would submit the case to Canon (https://de.canon.ch/support/consumer_products/contact-support/).
