I cannot get the Aqara hub purchased from you connected to the Homey Pro. The S1 does not show up among the Aqara products. And I don't have a pairing code.

The Aqara Panel Hub S1 Plus EU cannot be paired directly to Homey Pro because Homey does not currently recognise the Matter Bridge or Aqara Hub function of this panel as a standardised Homey device integration. In addition, the panel does not use a classic pairing code, but the "Add Device" process via the Aqara Home app in order to integrate it into the Aqara ecosystem at all.
