I can't format the Transcend, with the Jetdrive Toolbox it takes forever to load or nothing happens. It appears on the desktop but I can't do anything. What is the problem?

Hello
Try recovery mode, restart your Macbook and hold down both Command (⌘) and R keys, and from there use Disk Utility to erase and reformat.

Have you already tried to delete and format the JetDrive using Disk Utility (Mac OS Extended)? - I don't know the JetDrive Toolbox... It wasn't necessary for me.
