I can't get it started Can someone explain to me how to do it? Using the GRBL programme I save the photo to the SD card, insert the card but nothing happens I deleted everything on the SD card, did I make a mistake? The GRBL program I did the update, maybe I did this wrong too?

I am having similar problems. The sample image from the ad card works but I can’t make my laptop control the device. It’s not recognized at all.

There is a config file on the SD card which gave me some hope but that didn’t last long.

Support seems pretty crap too so I am close to sending it back

With the GRBL programme, you cannot save something on the card and then laser with it. You have to use GRBL to control the laser directly via the USB cable and then set the parameters with the programme. If you want to laser via the SD card, you have to install BurnLight. You can then generate GCODE which can be read in via the card. The GCODE file must be in the root directory of the SD card. If there is more than one, it is supposed to always use the latest one. But that doesn't always work for me either. I always delete them all and only have the ones I need on the SD card. Hope that helps you.
