I can't wear my RingConn Gen. 2 at night because the light emissions from the measurements disturb my sleep. What is it like with the Oura 4? Do the light pulses from the sensors also shine through from the side or are they not visible? Thank you for your answers!

Hello, this generation also has light emissions, it happens that in the area of the ring the finger glows slightly at night. Personally, it doesn't bother me.
