I connected it wirelessly to the dongle, but unfortunately the headset switches off for 2-3 seconds every 30 minutes and switches on again. This is massively annoying as it kicks me out of Mumble every time, also very unfavourable in the shooter. I've already tried various troubleshooting on reddit, but nothing helped. Does anyone have similar problems?

I have also connected my headset via dongle and have not had any interruptions so far. I connected the dongle directly to the PC, not to a hub - maybe that helps. Have you installed the G Hub software? If so, check if there is a firmware update for the headset. Sometimes this solves connection problems.
