Question about Icy Box IB-DK4040-CPD - USB Type-C mini Dock PD

I connected the icy box to my HP laptop and the microphone is working properly but when I tried to connect the HP Screen (HDMI port) I could not and the HP laptop doesn't find the monitor. I tested the monitor, connecting it to another computer (MacBook) and it works perfectly. Do you have similar connection problems? Any suggestions?

Maybe you have to power your laptop at the same time. What I mean is: you connect the icy box to you laptop and put your usb-c charging cable in the icy box as well.
