Question about HP G2

I currently have 2x 27" 4k monitors connected to the G2 docking station. However, I only get 4k resolution on one monitor. On the second monitor, I cannot set the resolution higher than Full HD. The behaviour remains the same even if I close the notebook and only display the image on the two external monitors. The notebook is an HP EliteBook with the graphics card "Intel UHD Graphics 620". The two monitors are connected to the dock via DP to DP and DP to USB-C. According to HP, however, this should work with this setup: https://www8.hp.com/h20195/v2/GetPDF.aspx/4AA7-3384ENW.pdf Does anyone have the same problem or an idea what it could be?

As a first measure, I always recommend doing the docking station firmware update first and also installing all relevant updates from HP (Softpaq) on the notebook (incl. Intel Video Driver and Control Panel and Bios Update).
