Question about Logitech MX Master OEM
I don't know, maybe I'm too stupid for the mouse. If I set the mouse to Off at the bottom of the switch and then set it to ON again, nothing flashes on the mouse and it doesn't connect. Only when I connect the cable and then disconnect it again does it work without any problems. Anybody got a tip? Is this normal?
Hello, yes, that is definitely not normal. For me, the OFF/ON works without any problems.
Have you already changed the channel?

You can use the mouse for 3 different PCs.
The other problem is that if you have previously connected another mouse, the channel from the old mouse is still active.
The easiest way is to use the Logitec tool to do the pairing again.
With this tool you can also delete old devices that are no longer needed.
