Does your Lenovo recharge the pen? The Precision Pen is unique in that it has no battery and is recharged by placing it in a magnetic slot. It communicates its charge to the tablet. The other model (Activ Pen) has a battery. Sorry I can't be of more help. I also had a hard time finding the info (I have a Tab P11 pro and the precision pen works perfectly).
