Question about i-tec C31tripledockpdch

I got the TripleDOCKPDCH today and tried it with my DELL 7550. After I installed the driver, the screens work as they should. But the charging function does not work. My Dell power supply has a much higher charging power of 180W but at least it should still charge slower?

Hello,

Please note that PowerDelivery (Charing over USB-C) is an optional function of the USB-C port - it depends on the laptop manufacturer if they would enable this.
I have checked the manual to the laptop and Dell does not mention that PowerDelivery is supported.
