Question about Huawei Watch GT 3 Pro
I got the watch as a gift from my brother, he ordered this watch from you on Galaxus (receipts etc. available). After wearing it for just under a week, there are scratches on the glass, which are visible after breathing on it at various angles, even though it is sapphire glass. I have not touched it anywhere and have hardly worn the watch. What would be the correct procedure now?
Amazing, I've had 22 since October and wear them every day, hitting them several times, but so far no scratches.
If you have a guarantee, send it to the supplier you bought it from for repair.
Cleaning with water and a cloth should work. I have been able to remove every scratch so far. LG
I previously had 2 models of the GT2, where I also had problems with scratches and even damage to the watch glass. It works with the GT 3 at the moment. From my point of view, however, both series have a construction problem because the watch glass protrudes very slightly. That's why I got myself a barely visible silicone protective cover.
If they are really scratches and not just stubborn streaks, I would contact GALAXUS by phone and explain your case.
I have found the supplier to be very accommodating.
Actually, the sapphire crystal should not be scratched after a week of wear.
