I got this monitor mount for my Dell U4919DW and I'm sorry to say: The first time I "mounted" it, the monitor fell off. Positive: The stand makes a stable impression. Negative: - Vesa mount holes were not correct at the front and back, I had to drill new holes ! - Dimensions of the mount are also not correct, mount too big for my Dell U4919DW. - Screws very fragile, break off quickly! Can't recommend this product ! Be careful with this monitor mount.

I cannot confirm this. Rotate the VESA mount plate by 90 degrees. Then it fits 100% exactly. I have installed this with 2X U4919DW. Without problems. Fit 100% right away.
