Question about Godox XPro-C

I have a flash unit CANON Speedlite 600EX II RT and camera Canon 80D. Is the Godox XPro-C compatible here as a remote control or do I still need an add-on?

It depends on whether a flash system is to be set up with the Godox XPro-C (or at least the possibility of doing so) or whether "only" the existing flash unit is to be controlled remotely.
A receiver unit (e.g. Godox X1R-C receiver for Canon) can be purchased in addition to the Godox XPro-C. Then other Godox flash units could be operated with the remote control.
Otherwise, a Canon radio trigger would probably be the cheaper solution.

No is not compatible. This transmitter is only compatible with Godox flashes and receivers. I would also buy a Canon radio trigger for the Canon flash.
