Question about Hyper HyperDrive Dual

I have a Macbook Pro m2 14" 19C and have connected two Asus Proart27 inch screens to the HyperDrive Dual, unfortunately only one of two screens is transmitted, this one to HDMI 1. If I connect one HMDI cable directly into the Mac and one into the Hyper I can see both, but this should be possible as it has two HMDI slots. Is the device defective or do I still need to install a driver?

The driver must definitely be installed, otherwise it won't work!
